Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable once your appointment is booked, and your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel. You may reschedule your appointment once.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
